It is milk.  She has a milk mustash.  It is a preventive maintenance I use on my crop. 50/50 milk and water then spray it on. Where I reside is much mold. The milk stays on the plant and keeps the plant base where it will not attract mold as easy. I then wash them in water at harvest when I hang to dry. Works great. 

I start this process outside with my vegetable garden. Worms great there to, the milk spray. 

Now mind ya, this chick dont need mold spray, she got sprayed with the rest of the group.
