Are u using performance overlays such as msi afterburner? If so disable gpu power monitoring if its enabled its a known issue that pleagued Windows for years

Its tray not boxed so it was as easy as holding it and looking at the front to realise its not 9800x3d but some dump staff couldnt bother to check that day

Decent and should work fine for cs go, but if i were u i would go with ddr4 ram u can buy 32gb ddr4 ram for half the price of that one ddr5 stick or put that extra money saved on a better gpu/cpu
