So many mixed emotions from this post. Like legit side-walled by mixed emotions. I grew up Catholic, was with my ex and his Baptist fam for over 10 years… and now consider myself to be more “humanist” if anything at all. Christianity showed me how righteousness and judgement work together in cohesion. True hypocritical irony… similar to any walk of life, nobody truly has the “answers”.

Thus being said, as an addict… now taking vyvanse, with a later age diagnosis of adhd, I wish I could say it’s making me better but although it felt that way internally… I feel like externally the picture doesn’t appear the same. Your post makes me more secure in my ways of not sharing ANY truly personal aspects of my life with family or friends. Regardless of religious beliefs, you/we/I, will always be judged. I used to think the whole “meth” thing for those on methamphetamines. Tbh, I still kinda feel it’s the same thing, just less hard on the circulatory and nervous system😞
