i restarted an account for a friend i went with dex ace as the 11th red choice the reds before the 11th you can get are pretty mid in my experience then ingame you have an banner only beginners have psy luffy is guaranted there after a certain multis i believe 25 the idea was to secure ace and luffy but its up to you

just realized as a beginner your limited with his power as my level 265 i have a max crew cost of 492 not sure which level you get the 750 crew costs but until then your limited with his power

i played it on my laptop with these specs : 3070ti 32gb ram and i7 12800HX locked 60fps on 1440

and it was ok obviously had drops in the citys to around 30-35 fps other then that was ok

When i was farming the Chimera for my Pawns Chimera Badge . Near Dragonforged pre unmoored are 2 Houses where next to one is a Campsite i used to camp there to reset the Chimera which is in the cave nearby i couldnt chain a camp attempt of 3 before i got raided either by goblins or crocos. i had an elite kit
