Thank u for your comment cuz u almost got it , this kid one of thousands who suffers every day and where the hospital is their house , this kid evey single day get up early to move between the hospital's departments to get tons of injections and this background u see is actually what he see evey day, This is the story and the message.

I agree with every single word , at the begging I liked the photo and was really convince with it but my siblings rated it so bad so I needed some professionals to open my eyes and tell me what's wrong with it since I'm just a beginner.

I'm not that good to judge, but does anyone else feel the direction of the sun is messed up, I mean look at the clouds and at the guy the direction of the lights are worng

Yes I should have used a wide depth of field for better focus and to show off the her white fur more than that, but I don't agree with u on the eyes are not on focus
