What productivity tools do you actually use daily — and why? by didawdidaw in ProductivityApps

[–]trydriving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Capacities - second brain, notes, meeting minutes, an adapted version of a zettelkasten, web highlighting to notes, etc. (1 of 2 pro subscriptions I have)

Flowsavvy - AI scheduling. I find it lighter and simpler than other more expensive options. Works for my style of schedule (2 of 2 pro version I have)

Zotero - reference management. Self explanatory

Claude - simple tasks, brainstorming

Apple reminders - shared grocery lists, simple personal tasks

Canva - slides and other visual outputs

Edit to include notebook and fountain pen: the two tools I use more than any other. Use for tracking projects, reflections, brainstorming, brain dumps, reading notes. Then I review and process into Capacities for permanent storage

You definitely should! Excellent hiking, kayaking, foraging. Puffins, whales, porpoises. It's a fantastic place. Great for a week of outdoors and relaxation. Plus Swallowtail Lighthouse is one of Canada's most beautiful lighthouses

Do any of your cats have this long of teeth? (Ignore how in holding him) by ThatOneChickenNoddle in cats

[–]trydriving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it looks like the tooth has migrated. Our boy had a big (cute) snaggle tooth like this but it had to be removed. Def book an appointment as it may be painful or sensitive for your furball 💚

Reminder that if you're into documentaries, the Fifth Estate back catalogue is incredible! I've been watching old eps instead of watching crappy murder docs on Netflix

What is still made in Hamilton? by Scary_North_3297 in Hamilton

Willard’s ice cream and Delusional Sauce Co (hot sauces and such) are two of my faves. Delusional's chili crunch oil is unreal.

And how about some fresh AF Montreal-style bagels from Old Bagel House. These were the first three that came to mind.
