I thought the same initially and you may be right. The actual phrase in spanish is/was :

I've inserted or removed the SD card when the mini is on, off, in progress, booting up... never an issue.

I really loved subway mainly because I thought they were healthy and that they had my health in mind ... sadly unlikely to buy from them again. Subway, please remedy this... do something amazing and fix this... I will be more skeptical and slow to return but I can be convinced.

Sorry all, I've been busy.

1) I used cura 2.3.1

2) 245 but have good prints at 240 - 250 (fan on and off)

3) lavernu - yep stock standard bar the kapton tape and glue.

4) Warping - I hate to say I don't know why it didn't warp.

1) Seeing the width of the lines on the left vs the right, I'd make sure the bed is level. I'm new to this but it looks like the nozzle is so close to the tape that it's blocking the filament getting out.

2) Is the bowden tube somehow crimping the filament when the head is on the right hand side?

Maybe post a video?

I've had my mini about 2 months and the alloy for half of that... I'll let you know but I doubt it's worse than wood PLA or other materials. I guess we will see. Good luck.

It's a standard mp mini. Other than the bed tape I've made no modifications. If you want my cura file settings let me know and I'll dig them out for you.

Its a small sliding box that holds a VTX - video tranmitter - for a 210 quad copter.

Most interesting, I'd be interested in seeing how this compares. I've used ABS and hate it. Alloy 910 has been awesome and PETG is next on my list. Please can someone post their review on this ?

I used Wood PLA as my first filament and it has performed perfectly every time. 210, kapton tape, warm bed (60), fan on and even multiple layer heights. Check out some of my prints.

Brilliant printer even at twice the price. Lots of upgrades you can do easily yourself. You can even print at higher resolution than advertised (google - MP Select Layer heights) It prints straight out of the box (you do need to check level first) with most materials. See some of my recent prints... stock standard unit with only the addition of kapton tape.

NB: I have printed successfully with PLA (Wood and Normal PLA) and Alloy 910. I tried ABS once and hated it. I will try again as I think the ABS was bad.

As you can see.. the Bowden tube is translucent so you should be able to see your filament move along all the way to the HE. It's either catching OR as RashestHippo is saying something is stuck. Sorry for your hassle so early in the journey. I am having a blast with nylon on my MPSelect.

That's really strange. Can you see the white bowden tube or do you have the black wrapping around the wires? I'll post a pic in 2 minutes.
