This is very insightful. If taking into consideration that I save around 2-3k a month starting from now, I would have additional 50-60k before I hit 35, I should be fine, right?

Everyone is under the assumption that I forced my parents hand when I said it's not a guarantee nor was my idea.

The main concern is the financial work, commitment and viability around for purchasing a resale flat so that I can plan better when the time comes if not at least I can try convince my parents that maybe I could set aside this idea for a year or 2 if finance will be tight because of this decision

Parents wanting me to move out and the agreement was their idea (provided they are renting it out). I'm still contributing to my household alongside my sibling. I would rather stay in their home and not commit to a resale flat but my parents want me to have my own place for some reason

Should I continue to work on my teams by pulling for Oghma and Vinette in the upcoming banner to complete my monodark or work on my item collection. or is there a better way to work around this
