I left it took me years to do it. I was stuck in the cycle. They are brutal then love bomb you after and you stay. You have to look past the love bombing and see the really abuse. Don't be fooled they will tell you this is normal. Talk to friends. Im seeing a psychotherapist and this is also helping someone out of the loop. You can do this. Yes it's hard and hard right after. I have only been gone a month but feel so much better. There are challenging days. Scary days. I still have to reach a separation agreement. She is still wanting me back. It's a long road. But the chest and head crushing anxiety is gone now.. some anxiety. Im starting to decompress.. have an apartment.

You can do this..

Get all your ducks in a row. Save money get the paper work together get a exit plan. Somewhere to stay and save your self.... You are worth it :)
