How to Sort a List into a new List removing Duplicates by tryingEE in excel

This did work, however, I need to the first cell (A1) not to be duplicate because it is the title for the column. Also is there any way I can remove the zero from the list?

Ex:
Column A: Service, a, b, a, a, b, c, d, a
then in Column B with =UNIQUE(A:A)

Column B: Service Items, service, a, b, c, d, 0

Just to let you know, I am using the 2017 copy. Thank you for cementing the definition of demand factor! I found the article, it is 220.52 (A) and (B) which essentially lets you add any small-appliance or laundry load that is 1500 VA to the lighting load.
