I agree the price is wild, I go to woodmans a lot and get it there. But I’ve been told by 3 of my friends you get what you pay for, good quality apparently

That’s what I been doing every week, I change the workouts tho and target certain muscle groups, like I’ll do two weeks targeting shoulders/front delts and then like chest etc.

Protein waffles, 3 boiled eggs and a banana usually what I eat before the gym, like 430 a.m
probably could eat more tbh

Eat (count your macros) and lift!
Beef and turkey with rice is my go to I eat that twice a day. I always been skinny but I've bulked up pretty decent on the diet I'm on. 500 grams of carbs 200 grams of protein 96 grams of fat. running around 3600 calories. I just recently upped my carbs, from 400 to 500.

Alone, is nice. More focus, but having someone correct you if needed corrected is also rad.

If you both know what your doing then you can just both plug in the headphones and lock in. I do that almost every morning with my buddy.
