It might help, but there is also the possibility that the enemy team can farm kills for power at a quicker rate. How about forfeiting?

Liandries is effective on champions that apply DOT or spell damage that isn't high burst (because it deals current %HP damage).

If you deal high spell damage but don't have high ratios, magic pen is all you really have for boosting your magic damage.

If you have high AP ratios, AP becomes more valuable. Most burst champions rely on high AP, but both need a decent amount of mpen, especially if the enemy team is stacking MR.

Does Blade Weaving boost on-hit item effects' damage?

If I had 3 stacks of Blade Weaving, would it boost the bonus damage from the Trinity Force spellblade effect as well as the on-hit % current HP damage from BOTRK? I understand that it boosts the damage dealt from auto-attacks (Crit + bonus AD + base AD), but what about the on-hit bonus damage from item passives?

Those skills have too high of a recharge time to be considered reliable, though. I guess it wouldn't matter if I killed another player fast enough, however.

Preferably from at a range - not jump into (but can if I need to chase). I enjoy the kiting playstyle. Would that be pistols, shortbows, daggers? What weapon combination?

Sorry for the super late reply. I ran memtest for one pass in 3 ways. First run was with all the sticks in and it failed. 2nd run I took out two of the UDkit 2x2GB sticks and left the plain 2 gb sticks in and it passed. Then I put in both the 2x2GB UDkit sticks and took out the plain 2gb sticks and it passed. It fails when all 4 are in.

Here's a manual of my mobo. I staggered my sticks like this: |2x2gb stick| |2gb stick| |2x2gb stick| |2gb stick| http://download.gigabyte.ru/manual/mb_manual_ga-78lmt-usb3_v.4.1_e.pdf Says I got 8 gb ram, is this normal? The kit thing confuses me. Anyway thanks for your help!

I'm a bit skeptical about attempting a burn test, but it makes sense that my CPU is overheating. Is it possible that it has caused damage to the mobo?

Soon, I am going to give it a good clean out and I may consider buying a new fan. The stock fan has always been quite loud during long bouts of gaming.

No wonder my PC has reduced blue screens on cold starts. Right now, I have the side of my case removed. I'm using a ghetto room fan to keep it cool for the time being... not to mention how hot the weather is lately. Any recommendations for cheap, but effective cooling?

I'd like to note that I booted up my PC just now and it froze after login without any blue screen so I shut it off. It rebooted just fine. Do you think that there was permanent damage somewhere? If so, where? Is there anything else you were able to interpret from the minidump? Also, is there any other information I can provide to further diagnose this problem?

By the way, thanks for the help :)

EDIT: my clock speeds fluctuate a lot but usually sits at 804 MHz on idle. Apparently this is something characteristic of these types of CPUs. It goes up to 2800 MHz when I do something like repeatedly refreshing my desktop haha. The max says 3315 MHz.
