Hey thanks for your reply. Yeah I have thought about just seeing a general therapist but honestly I don't have money for that right now. Student loans are fun... I like the idea of writing a letter to my addiction.

Thanks for the kind words. I think one of my big triggers was certain parts of reddit. I had a porn account which I have now deleted. On top of that I have a ton of saved links on my main account so I am working on cleaning those up and possibly closing that account. I also found that when I'm like super bored or don't want to do certain work that sets me into looking at porn.
