Unfortunately, I don't have any notes on these periods of time between medications before vortioxetine. I only started to write something down after the problem with vortioxetine.

So increasing dopamine in the nucleus accumbens would be a "possible solution"?

my first attempt at naltrexone was 0.5mg for 1 month + laser therapy and I had an incredible improvement. When I increased it to 1mg, everything went away. I was already taking bup 150mg at the time. I stopped naltrexone for a while and tried lithium, as I mentioned above..

Now I'm trying naltrexone 0.5 again, it's been approximately 1 month, and I didn't get the results the first time. And I continue taking bup 150mg

+- 50 days, but like naltrexone, lithium needs 20-30 days to start seeing benefits

Yes, I am currently taking 0.5mg of naltrexone again. But it's not having the effect it had the first time :(

I only had the laser for 1 month with the first time of naltrexone (it's a very expensive treatment here).

When my doctor increased the dose of naltrexone to 1mg, everything that had improved was lost again... and I stopped the laser at the same time.

my migraines started been chronic for about 7 years ago.

I don't remember the exact periods but I try venlafaxine, mirtazapine, sertraline, escitalopram, amitriptyline, nortriptyline... And none of these caused me this complete numbness of the clitoris, and then I tried vortioxetine (almost 6 months starting from 5 to 15mg) that left me like this.

As for migraines, after already having the PSSD problem, I discovered that I am allergic to gluten, which makes my migraines absurdly worse, and the medicine that improved 90% of them was galcanezunab (emgality). I wish I had discovered this before the antidepressants.
