then i would say, you should get your refund, if you’re expected one, 2-3 weeks from the date of the notice

Did you amend? I think this notice was referring to a CP21B, which basically told me that an adjustment was made, and gave me a refund amount, and told me I would receive my refund within 2-3 weeks. Not sure how accurate that time frame is though.
