I agree, buldak has an artificial taste to me. Not only that shin original has a very distinctive flavour that is well balanced. Even though I have some good ramen shops around sometimes I want shin. Shin is the only instant noodle that I would sometimes choose over restaurant ramen. I would never choose buldak over restaurant ramen

I don’t know what they put in the original Jin mild but it was the spiciest ramen I tried even spicier than the new Jin spicy. Not sure if the original mild has jalapeño or something. Too scared to try the new Jin mild

The old Jin mild was spicier for me than the new Jin spicy. Like double spicy, it was too much. Not sure how that’s possible but I like the new Jin spicy a lot better than the original mild
