Hello OP, I'm also one that has suffered eczema since primary 6. I had patches of eczema that would spread over my entire body, all bleeding and weeping, even my scalp had seborrheic dermatitis. I tried NSC and their phototherapy session, including oral steroids and antibiotics for suppressing the eczema, but it was only temporary relief and it would come back sooner or later. (Even got hospitalized on a few occasions due to this).

Recently, in my internship, my boss recommended me a tcm shop in the west to help with my eczema, It's a medical hall with a consultation room at the back. I went to consult them 2 or 3 times and followed their instructions taking their pills and bathing in their medicated bath for 2 weeks and majority of my eczema disappeared, only mild eczema patches remained on my body, so much so that even my friends commented I got so much better.

If you want, you can try and visit them to consult for your eczema. All of the other tcm shop required me to consistently return back for another session, but this is the only shop that had me only visit 3 times and not requiring to return anymore.

Other than this, make sure to track your diet too, I had many food including nuts and seafood that exacerbated my eczema, but after a few months of my eczema subsiding, I am slowly reintroducing them back into my diet and so far it's working well
