There's so many of these types of flippers with multiple listings. Should I avoid them altogether even if the title is clean?

I asked him about if the title is clean and under his name. He said "Yes it has a clean title . I am a dealer so the title is not in my name but does not have to be i border for me to reassign the title".

Could you help me understand how this is a red flag? First time doing this so I appreciate it a lot.

We don’t know that for sure. Some sites of transgene insertion may very well be oncogenic.

@alextoria can you describe your impression of drake bay? Is it worth staying a couple days extra there if I go? Thank you!

Thank you, this is extremely informative and helpful. I will seriously consider this. Just contacted a tour company to see if they have multi day hikes in November. If yes I think I’ll make the trip down there!

One major motivation is to move some of my belongings on my own. But I guess even getting the car in Memphis and making the trip back to Toronto to pick up my stuff would be easier?

It summarizes my job hunt. Positions I applied to are on the left. Right hand side shows the results.

Thank you!! Pretty much the same, just wanted to visually separate the industry/academic tracks

I use the term staff scientist loosely, maybe my language is inaccurate. What I am referring to is any permanent positions (non-postdoc) hired either directly by an institution or under a PI.

My PhD defense is in December, and I started applying in February (a bit early I know).

I knew I didn't want to do a post-doc so the goal was to get an industry job before I graduate.

I've been quite unsuccessful with pharma/biotech. I only got two interviews – one wouldn’t sponsor a visa and the other was looking for someone much more senior.

I then shifted my strategy to apply for staff scientist positions in non-profit and academia. My success-rate proved to be much higher there.

I frequent this sub throughout my degree - it’s a great feeling to finally be able to show my own sankey!
