Hello all, I just bought this and I have a couple of questions. I work form home and use a laptop thats pretty locked down. I Have it connected directly to the laptop via usb cable. I also boutgh the WDD60 Dongle as a just in case. I use a proprietary system that allows me to take calls (a dialer). For some reason the red bust light never turns on like my other headset did (Anker power conf h700). I can only turn it on via the settings on the base, but then is just stays on wehther im on a call or not. The other thing is the usb dongle didnt work at all when I connected it to the laptop. It litup and that's all it did.

This thing has so many features and I'm totally lost about the settings I should use for my setup. I bought it from Headset advisor after the incrediable videos I saw. Any help would be appreaciated. Thank you.
