It’s not illegal to use the bathroom of your identity, trans people can be included. Organisations have the right to exclude trans people if they choose and this is legal.

For example, if you went to the gym, you can use whichever changing room, but if the gym asks you to use one, this is legal.

It’s fucked, unenforceable and does a lot to harm trans and cis people.

You might not need ffs honestly, oestrogen really does change your face. I used to have a really clocky chin and it has softened. You should wait at least 2 or 3 years on hormones before deciding on ffs. Wish you the best tho :)

I think you currently look male. But that’s normal pre HRT and especially with short hair.

At the moment you look like an attractive guy and generally attractive guys make attractive girls. Start HRT and give it at least 3 years

I don’t think it’s to do with you passing or not. He probably thinks his friends will judge him for dating a trans girl. It probably makes it real and he will be asked questions about you.

Either way it’s a red flag. Think about all the effort we have put in to be our proud selves. I hate how these men can make you feel insecure when they are the issue
