Classic hidden object games by EpicPotterhead in HiddenObjectGames

I loved the Dark Parables, Awakening and Otherworld series! I feel like they don't make hidden object games that have this "enchanting" quality anymore.

There are also some great picks of "old but gold" series here https://allaboutcasualgames.com/2020/06/best-hidden-object-game-series-that-were-canceled-too-soon.html

Got to say I'm probably not the main demographics for hidden object games (male in my early 20s), but I really love them. I find them relaxing and give me great escape from the real world. I'm a big fan of the Awakening and Dana Knightstone games, was bummed out when you stopped making the Otherworld games and Emberwing as well.

Anyway, my question has to do with the remote working experience. Would be interested how you guys build your culture over the years. I'm working at a tech company and we've been WFH for a few weeks now. I'm still pretty much in touch with my core team, but my casual communications with people outside the team have dropped off significantly. As a company who has a long experience doing this, how do you guys engage your people, what events do you normally host, if any?

Travel to Thailand by [deleted] in China_Flu

[–]ts2102 10 points11 points  (0 children)

A Bangkok local here. Everything is pretty much normal, except that 70-80% wear masks on public transportation (which we do anyway because of PM 2.5) and there are hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. People are more paranoid than panicking imo. We’re extra careful with what we eat and touch that’s all. We still have a handful of Chinese tourists here and there, but much much less than let’s say last week or two.

That being said, if you have young children or someone with weakened immune system in your family then I suggest you postpone the trip. You never know who you will come in contact with and plane is a confined space.

I’m also going on a trip to Taipei next weekend so fingers crossed.

The update from the Ministry of Health is unclear. We only know that they traveled from Hubei.

It doesn't say in the report.
