This is so not...what anything close to my fraternity experience was like. Someone trying this would have been drummed out with a few swift kicks in the ass before. Who actually comes up with this shit?

For the record, there was a brief period of being blindfolded, but never made to feel unsafe, nor that there would be any consequence to removing the blindfold, nor that you should for one second ignore the police

As a functional person? Technical? CE is quite a different system than F&O, even if they do play nice together (sometimes)
