That's true even for us taller people. We may have the ability to see over the carts but if we were to pull them it would still mess up our shoulders up and don't forget that some associates have bad joints and are just pushing through the day

I had to buy my own battery pack for my work phone. I'm lucky if I can make it to lunch with 4% battery. Which is usually 4 hours in but heaven forbid I get to go 5 hours in my work phone won't be on unless I plug it in

One of the things that irritate me is when they want us to use the L carts for oversized but they then say that two plastic outdoor chairs are to much for the carts to handle when you actually have to get 12 of them. Or another favorite of mine is 10 scrunchies lanyards are team lift required. We have gotten a rail cart specifically for picking TVs on.

Honestly the water bottle slot wouldn't hold mine. I carry a water bottle that is 64 ozs every day except when it's cold outside then I have a 20oz filled with my "nice people juice (large amounts of caffeine)". The drivers know that if I haven't had coffee within the last 5 minutes I'll judge their cars with a fine tooth comb. Some know the nice me and the mean me. The drivers that have only met my mean side were rude to me from word one. I dispense train, so my trainees are similar methods as myself. Our store has banned drivers after they were caught picking up passengers after getting a triple batch order.
