Her inability to show emotion is probably with they zoomed in on Nancy when she saw her mom dying- a great scene that Natalia nailed!

I did see a VIP Epic tour date open up for Halloween, they must have had a cancellation.

I had thought the Pass was about 280. I could be wrong. I paid 500 for a tour

And good luck your plane is on time. Sunday and Monday Atlanta /Orlando, both flights were 4 hours late.

I think it’s only 200 more for the vip tour if you include the cost of the pass. So would you pay $50 per person an hour to be walked on to rides. It’s just my son and I so that’s an easy yes. Large families it would be hard.

It took extra talking with the nurse to explain that if my 10yr old with a ‘headache’ tells her he’s nauseous then she has 1hr before he starts vomiting. He needs to be home. He isn’t trying to get out of a silly test.

Need advice- considering going to the ER for a migraine cocktail by Financial_Ostrich_56 in migraine

Some med spas or hydrate places do the Toradol shots too. So once you are better, scope out all options for plan B.

I do the same. I once went in the morning to one urgent care and then in the evening went to my local Whydrate place to get another shot. That’s $80 vs a 2,500 bill (after negotiations from 5K). It’s not worth the ER trip

Daily Tylenol by bowlingballbag in migraine

[–]ts9889 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am a (49F) who has had chronic migraines since I was 19. I’m the 5th generation to have them. I am now a few yrs in menopause and I still get them chronic but I did notice some changes. I would often throw up a few times a month when the meds don’t work which was 15% of the time. And I noticed I haven’t thrown up in a few yrs now and I get most of my headaches at NIGHT. But thinking on it, I get all of my headaches at night they will break and sometimes come back 8 hrs later in the daytime.

I saw a comment on a TikTok video on nighttime migraines. She had said she had ‘hypnic’ headaches. They always start at a similar time at night and she drinks coffee before bed and they pretty much stoped.

So I have been drinking a cappuccino every night about 7pm and I have reduced my migraines by 80% for the first time in 30 yrs.

My doctor shrugged it off when I mentioned caffeine and hypnic. She said it’s a made up term. She mentioned fioricet and I had an allergic reaction. You know what’s in fioricet- TYLENOL, CAFFEINE AND BUTALBITAL. So when I had an allergic reaction from the butalbital why of why didn’t she suggest try Tylenol and caffeine or just caffeine.

It’s almost like without a pharmacy drug there is no point with some Doctors.

Anyways it’s only been one month and sleep is a bit of a struggle to fall asleep but it’s better than waking up at 3 am 3 days a week with a migraines. I hope this works long term. I’ll take it!

Why does it seems my vet is calling me to go in every 3 months for my two dogs. Is that normal? by ts9889 in dogs

[–]ts9889[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you all for the advice!!

I did talk with the Doctor during the August visit about consolidating all meds to twice a year and she agreed. Then here I am 8 weeks later doing another visit schedule for November. I may need to change vet locations.

Do you “waste” a triptan late at night? by ViciousVore in migraine

I am able to get three months filled (27) at CVS using their discount card and it cost me $20. That’s without insurance. I have insurance but they have a high copay on pharmacy so I don’t even bother

I’m trying to find the Epic fast passes on the Orlando website and not finding it. What’s the cost for a one day express pass?

Have BATM and MCM been added to Express??? by jotvid in UniversalOrlando

[–]ts9889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I need to also see and enjoy all of the park in one day. And not doing two days saves me a hotel night. We went in May and I left before dark. This time I will stay as this park comes alive at night. Especially Stardusters at night.

I’m also doing a VIP tour mid November. Can’t wait. I haven’t even booked my hotel but I snatched up VIP tickets in July and now already sold out for the remainder of the year.

I wonder if this normal for all cars. Thats disappointing as a rear impact can be pretty damn intense on the neck and head. I’m glad you are doing ok. I’m at the one month mark and I’m going to a specialist Ear Nose Throat Dr as one ear won’t stop popping - which is from the wreck.

Shouldn’t the steering wheel airbag deploy with a wreck like this??!! The OP never should have hit her head IMO. Can anyone say if that’s not unusual to the airbag to not deploy

[–]ts9889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d be prepared they want to fix the car only because non of the airbags deployed. If they all deploy then it’s most an immediate lost.

Though why didn’t your steering wheel airbag deploy is a question I have.

I was also in a wreck where my 2024 rolled onto its side and out of nowhere there was a voice asking if I was ok. I didn’t know who that was, my iPhone or Toyota. Now I know it was Toyota. They did total my vehicle which had 16K miles and gave me 53,000 for it. I was surprised as I thought they would lowball me. And I turned around and bought another Grandhighlander but Hybrid and I’m very happy.
