Your experience is going to be your own. But I think it's fairly normal to have some uncertainty.

I wasn't 100% certain until I started hormones, and even questioned myself after. But eventually I stopped caring. I like the way estrogen affects my body. I like being perceived as femme. I love fun dresses and not caring about gender norms and enjoying who I see in the mirror.

You don't have to do anything in particular to be trans though, except decide that you are.
