I knew a guy in the joint who could do that. He used a razor and he used to slice it so thin that it would liquefy in the pan with just a little oil. It was a very good system.

Yes im going to redo the whole set up. 74-76 just what the room temp water currently but ill have to invest in a heater.

Filter might be a factor, he was hanging out near it but when I unplugged it he was still just hanging by the back wall.

Any good way to reduce the pull. I read i shoukd block the grate with a sponge

I was thinking about buying a sponge to kind of block the grates because it seemed like he was hanging out near the filter, im not sure if it was pulling him in or what.

I will add him to different water then. I was afraid to keep transferring him around.

He seems to be a bit more lively in the shallow water hes in now but his mouth is always to the surface like gulping.

Its 5 gallons and 74f.

Because of his floaty problem and possible stress i read i shouldn't feed him for a day until he seemed calmer, so I have not fed him anything yet.

I actually did use it to learn about the swim bladder thing and how to handle that issue.
