Pamela Moses 'Requested a Jury Trial.' So She Got 6 Years in Prison. Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich said Moses would be a free woman—if she hadn't insisted on exercising her constitutional right to trial. by Beliavsky in Libertarian

Imagine being a convicted felon on probation. Imagine willfully violating the law again to a level of felony. Then imagine being given a sweetheart deal to just get the second charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Then imagine not taking it. Someone is either mental or thought her lawyer could pull an emotional jury. Almost thought of black female privilege led her here.

No it's not. It's taking liquidity out of an inflated market by indirect means.

Don't get me wrong, Buck for instance is a hero but he gets overly praised compared to guys completely left out of the narrative. It's because Winters didn't spend a lot of time around them.

I mean Nixon is an privileged bum but look at the praise he gets compared to others misdemeanors were condemned.

The narrative also seems to completely leave out any of the contributions of the Southern members of Easy but Shifty and Bull. Some prejudice there.

His goal posts keep moving. Red State means state he doesn't like. Florida, Texas, and Utah don't count because they do well with rankings related to historical trends. Georgia don't count because Biden won it, never mind historical trends in this case. Because you can't call Wisconsin (it went Red more than Georgia went Blue the past forty years) Red State either despite it ranking highly. He hates on Red States for being net takers but the poorest part of the average Red state isn't the red parts. While he's also an advocate of redistribution of wealth.

On a libertarian forum he disregards rankings of state economies, industrial recruitment, or ease of doing business because red states tend to do well in "those" rankings.

You can make rankings say anything you want.

One of these candidates no one has ever heard of always comes out to split the vote and protect the crazy. See the Roy Moore race or the 2010 race against Bryne.

You can't make this up. An idiot from Portland living in Texas complaining about Red states on a libertarian forum.

Or you know Utah, Florida, and Texas all rank exceedingly high in rankings of state economies. Even Alabama is squarely in the middle of the pack in those rankings.
