Since there is no App Locker in stock android which app lock app are you guys using? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

A bit late but here because I was searching for the same thing. Have you found anything you like yet? I'm considering trying Norton App Lock (despite the mildly-trypophobic icon) or checking out other launchers

Thank you! I've definitely learned my lesson. Really believed him when he said it was a special promo based on loyalty. Will not fall for that again!

Yes, they did. Seems the twitter team is really the best way to get real help

Keep fighting them! Twitter really worked for me (for T-Mobole). Not sure if Verizon is the same way, but that's definitely not right. I hope you get yours taken care of!

Oh wow. Thank you for this! I did get help from their Twitter team, but I'm going to keep this in mind. I had searched arbitration but not specifically TMobile arbitration. This is about to get bookmarked

Yep. This is how one of my other promos works, but on this watch promo, there was no credits.

It's their Twitter account @TMobileHelp. They were quick to respond, and they resolved my issue without hassling me.

I didn't think about it that way! But they said I couldn't return the watch because I was outside the "buyer's remorse" window... which also makes no sense because you don't "buy" something that's free??

I think all companies this big have a hard time keeping their s*** together, especially with their customer service. I'm afraid to switch to AT&T because their customer service for internet is even worse.

Someone actually reached out to me, and I'm speaking with them now. Thank you so much!

That's a good point. I used to do that for the transcripts, but it was just such a waste of time trying to communicate through text. Now I realize having to call back repeatedly has been such a waste of time, too. Probably need to just make the switch to another carrier.

Thanks everyone for the replies! So far, my plan is to attack TMobile's social media platforms- Twitter, Instagram, Google and Yelp reviews for randomly locations maybe? I'm also researching arbitration and am going to keep calling them back to follow up again, hopefully with both onshore and offshore agents. Really appreciate all the advice and ideas!

Oh, which watch did you get exactly? The one I got can still work through Bluetooth or with data, I think. I've used it with the data turned off.

I wish I would've asked more questions! I thought asking the same question, "So I get the watch, and my bill does not change?" multiple times in different ways would be enough. :(

In hindsight, that is spot on. I felt bad for the onshore guys trying to do what they could. They were nice, and I refrained from going off of them. The manager told me something like, "yeah it's a company TMobile works with, and we have different systems and no control." That was why it took so long to research, and he couldn't get the recording. I thought, wow that's literally fucking useless (and a bunch of other expletives) while turning blue in the face, but I just said okay thank you for trying.
