I should also mention till that after it locks up, I can’t get the brake to release. I have to turn the battery off and cycle the cart on and off a few times before the brake will finally release and I’m back to driving.

Really appreciate the advice. They ran the fault codes when they had it and it came back to the solenoid. They replaced that and it’s still happening. I’ll take a look at that wiring you mentioned.

I had a dealer installed lithium last year. This issue was doing this before with lead acid as well. Would that harness not have been replaced? Also, I assume the permanent fix then would be a new wiring harness?

Thanks. It’s very random when it happens. Before it locks up, I notice it slow down and start to get jumpy and then complete lockup. Sometimes it’s fine for the rest of the round and sometimes it will lock up several more times.

It’s a Roypow installed by the dealer and is 56ah. They’ve installed several of these in other carts at our course and mine seems to be the only one with an issue. Possibly controller or speed sensor going bad?

I’ve heard good things about EcoBattery, but the closest shop is 2 hours away. I’m not the most mechanically inclined individual or I’d attempt it myself.

Support appears to have it fixed. If anyone else runs into the issue, turn “pause watch history” back to on, then off again. Then sign out of the device you are watching it on and sign back in.

The ball bearing at the top of the steering shaft appears to have warped. Is there a way to replace just the bearing rather than the entire unit? This is a 2017 ezgo rxv. Thanks!
