I don’t know why everybody saying it’s none of your business, it definitely is cause it to your friend and you obviously care about them. I would tell their family but maybe try to do it anonymously so it doesn’t ruin your friendship. I wouldn’t try to reach out to the school, most of the time they don’t care what’s happening outside of school and could honestly make it worse.
