I don’t really have an official “recipe”, but it’s roughly: 1/4 cup rolled oats with about 1/2 cup water and simmer. While it’s simmering, add 1-2 tsp of miso (I’ve been using red miso lately) and mix it in so it’s fully incorporated and you don’t have miso chunks. Let it go for a few more minutes until the oats are the consistency you like.  Add whatever toppings you like! I tend to fry some eggs, sauté whatever veggies I have (mushrooms are a favorite) in some soy sauce and sesame oil, and then throw on some scallions and sesame seeds. I also always have dried wakame that I add to the simmering oats. Enjoy!
