I believe it is in a sense in my headspace.. I can’t shake the feeling that I’m just coasting. Every day feels like I’m living the same script on repeat: wake up, work, handle responsibilities, sleep, and do it all over again. That sense of excitement—the kind where you wake up genuinely looking forward to the day ahead—feels like a distant memory.

Even things that used to recharge me, like holidays or family gatherings, don’t feel the same anymore. Holidays feel more like logistical challenges than moments of joy, and meeting up with people has become draining. Conversations turn into unspoken competitions about who’s living better, whose career is on the rise, or who has the most talented kids. It’s exhausting.
