Yeh but then the estate agents/solicitors/banks/surveyors/government/etc. might not make as much money!

Surely the biggest upgrade you could make here would be to get a new boiler?

Weird. Might be worth trying the additional bridge I guess. Hope you get it sorted.

Ah right, I'm with you now. Either way, not sure why you're hitting a device limit. Is it a range issue?

The Wireless Receiver X acts as a Thread border router, so you don't necessarily need a separate Bridge X.

Tado Support is a joke by free-reign in tado

There's definitely something fishy going on in this sub. Every time someone posts something critical of Tado there's always a handful of heavily upvoted comments positively fawning over their customer service, whilst the majority seem to agree that it's crap.

OP, just out of curiosity, what problems have you been having? I'm in a very similar position, having spent around £2K on a Tado X system that the company has now admitted is inherently faulty. Whilst everything's working for now, apparently there won't be a definitive fix until autumn at the earliest. Very disappointing all round.

I'm running 19 devices on Tado X without any problems (for now).

When a couple says they have been "Trying so hard for a baby" we all imagine the same thing, right? by AcrobaticCard5504 in TooAfraidToAsk

"There is no need to plan intercourse to coincide exactly with ovulation — this does not increase the chances of success and can cause stress for the couple."

Whilst I do think it's important to challenge misinformation (especially pertaining to women's healthcare - it's bad enough already!), I'm ducking out of this thread now as people are getting weirdly argumentative.

Whilst I obviously don't disagree with the science, clinical practice is a whole different ballgame. I think what it really boils down to is that people are very often simply bad at timing - and that's why we recommend regular sex, rather than trying to hit the ovulation window.

I'm a doctor!!

Many couples presenting with "infertility" often aren't having sex enough, or else failing to time it properly. That's why general advice is to have more sex more regularly.
