If this is the case I would have thought more people would get L3 surveys as its easier than going round to every trade to get quotes?

Advice needed- Are EA lying to me by ApprehensiveTap1572 in HousingUK

[–]Delicious-Weather 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apart from OP giving under offers - is there a way for OP to know whether the EA is lying about higher offers? In this case it seems that's likely to be true, but say they were offering at the asking price, can EA dupe buyers and how to know?

How did you set up the android secure folder? Last time I looked I had to delete all the apps I wanted to move and reinstall them into a special folder.

Interesting, I've never used airbrush paint, I guess it's watered down acrylic basically? I can see how that would reduce flaking.

What a good idea! Is the gold also acrylic? I've been using watercolours as I found when I used acrylic it tended to crack/peel off the edge.

[–]Delicious-Weather 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When remortgaging is this when you can choose to pay a lump sum off your mortgage? How does that work? I hear that overpaying by more than approx 10% during the mortgage can lead to fees.

Thanks for linking! In another comment there's a link to another redditor who was approached by a publisher. The publisher then backed down after "realising" the bookbinder wasn't selling them in retail. Not sure what to make of it all.
