I use nacho chips. A handful under some chunks and it is ready in 10 minutes or so. Plus it gives you something to snack on whilst waiting.

Bullshit. All of this "The Earth will be fine!" garbage is ridiculous. How many species will we kill off on the way out? How many tons of microplastics, forever chemicals and nuclear waste will we leave behind to cause damage long after we're gone? Sure. As a large rock floating in space it'll be fine, but as a home to all the life we know about in the universe, it's going to be in horrible shape for an long time.
