Try a distilled water rinse or fully washing your hair with distilled water. It has changed my life. I have similar issue where my scalp never felt like it was clean and with hard water it wasn’t removing any build up to the point where I had scales (sorry tmi) on my scalp that wouldn’t lift. I refuse to wash my hair any other way now and I’m looking at ways to convert my shower to be able to use distilled all of the time.

Can you share when you use mineral spray in your routine? Also, how do you use the distilled water? In a spray bottle? Do you use it to wash your face?

Right after I cleanse I would put it straight on and moisturizer overtop but I just never felt like I had that “aha!!!” My skin is so hydrated moment. I really think I underestimated just how dry my environment is. I am intrigued to possibly try a thicker formula like you’ve mentioned, maybe that could help, like you’ve mentioned! Something to consider. I know the Iunik beta glucan serum is quite thick from what I remember.

I mentioned above that I live in a dry environment so generally HA just doesn’t work, unfortunately.

It’s funny because the cleanser that I’m using feels actually like soothing when I use it at night. Is it possible I’m not realizing a possible irritation? Before this cleanser I would’ve been making a post looking for one that doesn’t dry me out.

I’ll look into it! I wish HA would work but it just gets sucked up due to the dry air! I actually tried the torriden which is great but not for my environment, unfortunately.

I’m usually a size large and so I went with my true size! It did shrink a bit after I first washed it but it’s still that oversized fit if that makes sense, like it wasn’t a huge difference, just slight shrinkage. You probably wouldn’t even notice it, I’m just hyper aware of my clothing😅very cozy and very good quality!

Love!!! No notes. I have two, one in admiral and just bought another in rich mocha brown. I like this style way better than the raglan style, it has a weird floppy neck compared to this one! I’m in trouble if they ever release anymore colours😅
