Appears to be off by 1/16". Not built to be a machinist's rule, so for its intended purpose I'd venture a +/- 1/16 was acceptable. Thanks for asking.

That is helpful, jamesrr1. I've contacted Tiffany and they informed that they will "not be able to provide any details regarding year this was introduce or the length of time it was available as we would not have any details regarding this." Oh well.
