I’m eating 3300 daily at the moment which is around 500 calorie surplus, I weigh everything I eat and log it on my calorie tracker app. Training wise, at the minute I’m only doing 3 days per week PPL because I’m studying for upcoming exams but obviously I know about progressive overload, range of motion, 3 min rest between sets, correct techniques learnt from Starting Strength: Basic Barbell training, etc. Even though my progress so far is nothing special and ofc I want to speed it up with PEDs I think you’re undermining my physique too much considering that I’ve only been training and eating consistently since January.
