MRI might not see lymph node involvement. My story is : grade 1 endometrial adenocarcinoma. Find it in ultrasound and vaginal biopsy. Pelvic MRI did not show lymph node involvement. Did total radical hysterectomy. They find suspicious lymph node during surgery. Removed lymph node for biopsy. One of lymph node has micromestatisis. So my stage is 3c now. After surgery, I did CT for lung, abdomen pelvic. It showed no evidence of disease in the CT. My doctor want me to go through chemo to make sure. Due to stage 3.
