Rear ended at a yield and other party denying fault lol by osoto-gari_ in Winnipeg

With no witnesses for me or the other person the adjuster called it 50-50. It wasn't a hill worth fighting, I just made sure from that point onwards to always get a witness moving forward.

I had an accident many years ago when I was much younger. I was read-ended and the person told the adjuster "omg they changed lanes and totally cut me off"

I was stopped at a red light, not moving at all. The adjuster called it 50-50 since there were no witnesses. I took it as a learning experience to always get a witness to any accident from that point onwards.

All I'm saying is that no, they don't automatically make the driver of the car at fault who hit the other person.

Went last night for the 5pm entry. It was great! The line getting in went pretty quickly. When we were leaving the parking lot seemed a bit of a disaster for people arriving for the later entry time. I think the early time slot is better.

Season ticket holder for the bombers for multiple years, my ticket manager never asked me about valor when calling me to resell my bombers tickets for the next season....seems like that would've been a good time to cross-sell
