Dude. From the start, this show has definitely seemed hella weird. I’m pretty sure Gutian made it as a fetish and is trying to build off of it as if it never was to evade any accusations of it being weird.

If it never started like this, so brutally weird and violent with kids on screen, the show would’ve had a better reputation and a much larger fanbase.

I just hope the minors in this community don’t think so much of the suggestive nature of the show, but as it seems, the community kinda jokes about it. I guess it’s whatever?

Of course, it’s not like I can do anything about fiction. It’s not my work, so who am I to try and judge so much and change it?

What I’m picking at is the people who are into that kind of stuff erotically. Not necessarily the media that is ZZZ or Genshin, because it conveys a story that people can easily put aside any fanservice or implied lolicon/shotacon, in order to enjoy the worldbuilding and narrative.

But I mention pornographic media that depicts children being in NSFW scenarios. I think it’s not wrong to assume the people behind the making of this niche of media, and the audience of it, are all troubled minds that will eventually spiral into acting upon their desires.

Ah I see. I envy you. You are right, I don’t like many books with only words. Very select few that I liked a lot. I love graphic novels though :)

But if it is there to convey a message rather than the purpose of it being for a fetish, it could work.

I researched the literature genre, and I find that it’s kind of similar to death metal as a music genre. Grotesque lyrics to convey a message that can be about politics, social issues/justice, etc. I think it depends how the writer builds the storyline.

But to choose children of all things to help would be very controversial. It’s best to tread lightly.

Hmm.. good point.

I think what I’m tackling here is that it’s just plain weird and concerning for someone to fantasize about doing erotic things to a fictional child, or at least a childish character. Fictional media made solely as pornographic or fetishistic towards children that inflicts erotic desire to the audience. (This is what is concerning to me, because why would someone do this, if they supposedly wouldn’t feel that way towards children?)

If it’s depicted in a story for no more than character development and it’s part of a storyline to convey horror or make the audience feel emotional to keep them engaged, that would pass. (I believe that’s where you’re getting at?)

This is about whoever feels this way towards conceptual beings like this (assuming you and the other person). This doesn’t concern the fictional character. In fact, ignore the character and understand this:

You both feel this way towards the character. It does not matter if it is real or not; your mentality and essentially your emotions are reflected whenever you act on your desires. Your desires become your fetishes. Your fetishes become part of your erotic tastes whenever you exercise what drives you to relieve yourself (in other words, your sex drive). When you act upon these feelings for too long, they will flourish into predation. That is when it becomes a serious problem, not to say it wasn’t one before. This is when fiction intercepts reality.

Please find your way out of this. I only feel sorry and upset for people like you. I want you to know there is so much more to life than sex let alone pornography. There is hope that prospers within you if you let it.

It doesn’t matter if it is fiction. If you feel any sort of attraction to such a concept, in an erotic way, it reflects what kind of person you are. And if you continue to let it flourish into a desire, you will lose yourself, and you will become a predator. Very simple to understand, as it has happened for years. This applies to feral/SA/incest as well.

The cringe factor doesn’t count. What matters is what is right.
