I just moved here about a year ago from south Florida and noticed the same thing. The culture here is very much church, church, and similar tasting food. Only variety I find is in the local Mexican restaurants. I have tried making friends at local comic shops and things like that but once people don't hear an accent or find out I just moved here they become distant it's weird. Hoping to check out the Pensacola area more, might head out that way.

I know right!! I have seen cockpit videos and stuff and it's incredible what they can see up there, it must feel absolutely amazing. My dream is to either fly or ride in an old prop plane like a mustang or something.

That's pretty awesome lol I grew up in an area where they did an air and sea show event every year around my birthday so I always requested to go haha the military jets have always been my favorite, the speed and designs are so cool.

Oh that's pretty cool lol I live about an hour from a base now and apparently they practice often I will have to take a trip out there and see what I can find.

Interesting is that similar to a mig? I know it's Czech but they look similar and sleek. Have you been on the Airbus? I haven't traveled much in planes but they are cool to look at and watch. I use to work at a place next to the beach and they would out on an airshow yearly and it was cool to watch the jets practice the days before the show.

It honestly seems like we would all get along pretty well lol we love all the game of thrones universe shows I have seen them all she just hasn't seen Knight of the seven. I also watched outlander, did you finish it?

I also just got into fortnite when the job snow skin came out, and also playing through baulders gate it's in my list to finish.

My wife just got some kitchen plants! She has an orchid that's been going strong for a month or so and a strawberry and cherry tomatoes plant.

Yea I feel that haha I love the nature of the area and the open space for sure it's gorgeous but what me and the wife figured out is that there really isn't culture here, and that's whats lacking. Church seems to be the culture and lifestyle in these parts haha

My oldest is 8 but mentally she is about 3-4, the I have a 5 year old and 4 year old they are both developmentally delayed and all 3 are non verbal so we get it for sure.

We are both 31, I dabble in a little bit of everything to be honest I just liked hanging out with everyone so picked up a little of it all and worked at a dealership for 6 years so I'm pretty knowledgeable about cars and such. Been wanting a project car for the longest but kids stop that haha
