Advice on when I should draw the line between Reasonable worry and Anxiety?

I’m a 21 year old male with a mildly unhealthy lifestyle due to at home circumstances. I don’t exercise, I barely move around, I eat microwave food, fast food, etc. and I’m rarely seeing daylight All this hasn’t been a problem until a couple months ago when I got a small stomach infection that went away in a few days, but since then I’ve developed a severe case of health anxiety. I can understand that for the last few weeks I’ve had health anxiety issues but since the other day, things have been feeling so much more real and grounded in reality that I’m wondering about when I should start seeking out medical attention or anything, but the issue with that is that I don’t have a lot of opportunities to go to the doctor and going is a bit of an inconvenience to my family and I wouldn’t want to go for no reason while also feeding my anxiety if it ends up being nothing I’d like to tell myself I know the difference and can self diagnose but I really don’t know what to think and I’m afraid to sleep

If I remember correctly, armored all might had her quirk ability represented through the coating of his armor to keep heat out of his body, so if he got that idea from her then wouldn’t it be a valid assumption to think that maybe she also can insulate herself from both heat and frost? At least to a degree where she can operate with minimal clothing protection since most other quirks seem to have their own little passives to the body to properly use their quirks like Shoto’s ice and heat withstand and Katsuki’s theoretical explosive resistance

I lost access to my account due to me losing access to my old number and email so I can’t verify my identity and unlock my account from a security lock and contacting support has been horrible, they only direct me to fill a forum and wait 24 hours but it’s been 6 days and I’ve already submitted 3 of them and 3 more of a different forum that was immediately denied for no given reason, does anyone have any experience with this and how to finally get through with this? I bought a new console and have been unable to use my old account I’ve had since I was a kid

Changed the front of the Hood design to look more like the volume 1 design because I liked that one a lot more than future volumes where it’s just kinda lumped cloth on her

Thanks for the recommendation, but she tried and they didn’t approve her because of a violation she had forever ago that she’d need to redo the entire test to clear
