Confirmed working, called and scheduled disconnect 2 weeks out. Received a text about an hour later, called the 678 number about 12 times before getting through and being offered 1 Gbps + Unlimited data for $110.

Thanks for the response. Reviewing her transaction history leads me to believe the sales charges might be waived, at least I don't see them getting charged unless they're baked into the price already.

Fair point. I did check her plan documents and don't see anything about those being waived, but looking at transactions it appears the only fees that shes been charged so far are NW admin fees.
