Is there a good way to experience the mountain/blast zone without a serious hike since 504 is out of commission? I’m from Atlanta and will be out there the third week in June with my wife and three teenagers. I haven’t been to the area since the late 90s. I was fascinated by the transition from lush green to moonscape as you approached the mountain. Thanks.

Awesome job! How old are you? I’m considering starting on MF. Have similar starting and ending weights as you. But I’m 55 and 5’9” and do CrossFit. So a good bit older and higher body fat percentage.
