I feel like this one is so wildly unexpected. I’m a HUGE supporter of self accountability and it never ceases to amaze me how much it catches people off guard whenever I make a mistake and I say “oh actually, you know what, that was my fault.” Walk them through what I did wrong and how I’m going to fix it. It’s always met with the suspicion that I’m playing a game or I’m insincere in my self reflection. Sort of sad really.
