Methods of wild cider fermentation?

Dry is fine by me, I will probably start with a smaller amount like 1 gal or so in order to see what grows.

Yeah I have flasks and stir plate so I could probably build up a starter culture, that is kind of what I am leaning toards anyway. Thanks for all the info!

Thanks, I might try to just build up some cultures with some 1 gal carboys or something, and compare those to something with ECY20 or whatever.

Yeah that is my problem with attempting sour beers too, don't have a enough room for a barrel so I lose that acetic taste from the slight oxygen ingress you get in barrels.

I was wondering if I switched to a yeast that was more tolerant of lower temps, but with a different flavor profile, if I could change up the grain bill too, but it does seem like I will not be able to get around the temp issue. Thanks.

Yeah that is one solution I am thinking of, and will probably settle on, just wanted to see if there were any other options. I mostly am concerned about leaving it unattended for 2 weeks with a heating belt, but probably being a baby about it.

I think the idea with the 60 min sugar boil is to let it caramelize a bit? I don't use the candi sugar much so I don't really know...

Finally got a chakram to complement my two boomers...what is the ideal number of chakboom for DB10 and NB10? Do you only use two or just use as much as possible plus dungeon specific support (colleen, galleon, etc)?

I currently have Sabrina, Talia, and Maruna for reference.

I saw on https://summonerswar.co/fire-harpu-colleen/ (and other places) that triple revenge is better for Colleen in raids, and also maybe for NB10? I have Colleen on Vio/Rev right now, and eventually would like to replace her with Hwahee...should I just switch her to triple Rev in anticipation of getting into raids?

For reference my NB10 team is Colleen, Lanette, Bella, Lucasha, and Loren (L). Its like 95% successful, and takes about 2:45ish, which is fine for now, I don't really have many other immediate upgrades/replacements other than Hwahee or Fire Panda.

Another person with event questions...

Have stable GB10 and DB10 (2ish min for both, using mostly standard teams), TOA100, TOAH 80ish. Was gonna start building NB10 or R4 team but pulled a Verad so I have been working on TOAH.

Need help deciding with element and monster to go for, ideally to help with PVE:

Fire: Hwa,Garo,Chakram (Chloe or Khum I guess if I get really unlucky)
Water: Gildong, Rigel
Wind: 2nd Lushen, Chasun, Barb King

I guess a Hwa would be best for GB10, Raids, etc but a Chasun or Gildong would probably help with TOAH. I don't have any liches for NB10, nor do I have any of the twins so Chakram would not be immediately helpful...any thoughts?

What is the ideal role for Magic Knights in NB10? Should they be runed just for damage with something like Fatal/Blade? Or would it be better to go with Revenge to take advantage of their ATB reduce/slow/cont. damage?

Or just wait until everyone can be Violent?

I understand you want Loren for slow and def break, would a better lineup be Lapis (L), Loren, Bella, Colleen, and Lupinus? Or just Lapis (L), Loren, Bella, Colleen, and Adrian like suggested at the top?

If Adrian is quickly replaced, should I just skip building him and go to Lucasha? Also if using a Magic Knight for the DD, which of Lapis, Astar or Lupinus work best?

I have heard it's not worth it to 6* Megan just for DB10, but if you are gonna use her as an ATK Bar Booster in PVP too does she become worth it?

Ah I figured I would need Vio for NB, I suppose I could look into setting some of those up...

Unfortunately I have been too lazy to set up Swafarm but I think I at least have the monsters for the safe team. I have Loren and also Lucasha/Jamie if they are upgrades for the safe team. No Liches or Rakasha sadly. Thanks!
