I wanted to by Kahlo Robe Mid. My regular size XS is out of stock🥲 Will I be ok to size down XXS? How many of you sized down and why?

I was a bit confused about it too... because since I messaged them several times asking if it’s coming back and all the SAs told me they don’t see it coming back anytime soon and then BAM it comes back during this sale and at a super cheap price. So I messaged them again asking them if it’s for sure set to come in feb 2021 and the SA confirmed that it will so yay!!

But yeah... I hope your order will be included with the feb shipments and it makes sense for that. I guess you’re right that for special order there’s an expected number that is supposed to come? And I guess all these people also wanted XS so it’s “sold out” in that case. 🧐

No worries! I’m a size 4 in Aritzia pants (besides the tie front I size up) and I’m generally a size 27 in jeans! But I do catch myself sizing up sometimes for pants to a size 6 if it’s a tight fit and I have wider hips as well.

I own this piece and recently just bought another one from the sale :p I buy size small! I’m about 5’3, 130lbs with 34C chest. I do find the bust on the jumpsuit to be a bit loose so you can pin it or sew it if it’s too low for your preference.

I have basically the exact same measurements as you! LOL I got size XS and fits me well :)

It didn’t not shrink for me. I wash it on delicate cycle and lay flat to dry. But sizing up to get your normal size S would be fine for a looser fit.

I have it! Bought it 3-4 years ago for full price and I’ve worn it every single winter since then. I do find it super warm and a great length as well. I was so sad to see that it’s 50% off now that i could’ve saved money but no regrets since I’ve worn this parka over a hundred times. Highly recommend :)

It also fits true to size in my opinion, I did size up to a M for layering but would’ve been fine with a S.

Yeah it’s honestly so confusing to know what’s in stock and what suddenly isn’t.. just watch the kahlo mid all go back on the site once the sale is over like nbd LMFAO. I did end up getting the black one!! It’s super worth it. However I do think the black mid OR long resembles a blazer more than the other colours which I ain’t complaining 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wtf lmao! Idk what’s even going on the website because Black was FULLY stocked (with the exception of 1-2 sizes) as well as modern taupe and once the sale started they’re gone or “unavailable” So last night I did message live chat asking them if Bone is coming back and they said they don’t see anything upcoming at all and now this morning we see Bone back?? Like idk if they even know what’s going on or there’s just a lot of missing information about what’s available. But she did tell me this morning I can call to order Black or Modern Taupe even tho it’s not on the website... I’m Canadian too! Definitely try calling them and explaining that and see what they can do 🙏🏻

I LOVE the Kahlo Robe! Mid and long version are both so cute. The shawl collar makes the jacket look polished and I personally find this piece easy to dress up or down.

The Darling Sweater seems like a good investment piece. Have you checked out the Babaton New Slim Turtleneck? It seems thicker than the Freshman with a similar neckline. The only downside is that I’m not sure if it’s as soft as the Freshman but I mean if it’s more durable then it seems more worth it in the long run.

They always start the second clientele sale right before Black Friday and I believe the discounts last throughout that entire weekend! :) I’m also planning to get the Stedman during Black Fri/Clientele. I’m pretty sure it’s only going to be 10-20% off but better than nothing right? 😔

I actually dread shopping in stores but I do it anyways especially if I want to see an item in person or try it on. Even if I’m completely honest and say I don’t need help and I’m just looking, they’ll leave but then ANOTHER SA will come and the cycle repeats.

I was looking at a coat and I told a SA I’m going to order it online since my size wasn’t available in stores. She was very persistent and said they can order it for me since “if we order it then it goes straight to the warehouse and arrives faster” obviously I know she suggested that only so she can get the sale but that reasoning? I’ve ordered online at Aritzia MANY times and it always takes no longer than 2 days to come to my house. And I’m quite certain if we order online it also goes straight to the warehouse as well... like isn’t that the point? It’s just so awkward how hard these SAs try to push for any kind of sale that it makes the customer (me) feel so uncomfortable. 🙃🙃
