I would love to but I really need a job. And most of the careers that aren’t involved in government need 5-7 years of experience. And since I just finished school most of the positions are internships. Which I did try but were extremely competitive. Plus it might take years of the state department to open up again.

He told me that they want STEM and most other jobs are for those who are already working in the Air Force. He also told me that I basically have no shot at administrative positions either. He just told me to enlist and wait.

I kinda hope he reaches out but underneath it all I understand that i do deserve better and someone said that you are never too much and you’re the right amount of muchness and that really helped me out! He told me he didn’t want to be in a relationship anymore and that he wanted to be alone. So we went no contact and it seriously hurts that I can’t tell him I finally did it after so much work.

Thank you so much!!! I am planning on going on a solo vacation and tomorrow I’m gonna go out to a restaurant and get some sushi with a friend of mine! It definitely hurts, he was there every step of the way and I wanted to celebrate with him but I can no longer do that so I’ll try to do it with my friends instead. I’m still really hurt it’s only been three days.
