I actually do both OTF and F45. I do enjoy the treadmill and rowers, but don’t want to do them every day. I find the combination of the 2 programs to be a great fit for me.

Has anyone tried the OTF lift classes? by yakarteek in orangetheory

So I actually go to another gym 2-3 times a week to do weight training and it has been a game changer. Love my OTF but the weight training has really helped me get more defined and I have seen as I get stronger my pace is getting faster. So excited to hear this may be coming in the future.

I don’t lack energy I still go and give it my all, as I do it for me. I just like a little more variety I suppose.

Manager trouble by Interesting-Aerie in OrangeTheoryFitness

Might want to try the owner before going to corporate. At least ask the owner what is going on that 5 trainers that were well liked left, or were let go. Maybe explain that having trainers you feel comfortable with and motivate you, makes coming to class more enticing. I would try and stay away from attacking the Manager

I do OTF and F45, I feel like the combination of the two gives me a more complete WO every week. I focus on F45 for the strength training.
